Here's the INCREDIBLE OFFER our official photographer Mark Oristano
for those who want some DAZZLING pictures from Sunday night's gala-
and your money will help SEVERAL CHARITIES. Here's what Mark said:
Folks can get their CD by sending a check for $10 to:
Mark Oristano
4100 Travis #18
Dallas, TX 75204.
Their entire $10 will be split between the National Kidney Foundation,
the National Osteoporosis Foundation, and the National Autism Society.
These are charities which work on diseases suffered by the two teen-
age sons of FF Paul Gill of Engine 54 of the FDNY, who was killed at
the Twin Towers on 9-11.
For each $10 check he gets, he will donate $10 of his own to the same
charities, so let's get those checkbooks out, and make him spend
money.
After all, where else can you get a gorgeous picture of John Garcia
with his pants down? -Mark Oristano.
LOL! I saw the pic myself-I couldn't stop laughing! Mark will have
some examples of his pictures sent to our official website so that
you can get a look at how great they came out! Go to:
www.thecolumnonline.com
Thanks again Mark!

The Column Theatre Awards has continued to attract increased
attendance since our popular maiden event in the fall of 1999.
As a direct result, we are happy to announce that our glittering
festivities for the 2004 evening event will be held at the Granville
Arts Center in Garland, Texas on November 14. Located at 300 North
5th Street, this sparklingly and expanded arts complex is named after
acclaimed local producer, Mrs. Patty Granville, and is home to many
important regional civic groups such as the Garland Summer Musicals.
The Column Theatre Awards are presented each year to theater
companies from all over the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, from both
equity and non-equity arenas. As you will note from the list of names
on this year's advisory board, The 2004 Column Advisory Board truly
represents a beautifully unified cross-section of theatrical talent
from across North Texas.
Tickets for this year's gala will be $15.00.
As we have done
each year,
all profits after operating expenses will be donated to
BC/EFA, an honorable cause. |

The Garland Summer Musicals Guild resides at the beautiful Granville Arts Complex,
and has represented the patron backbone for top-quality musical productions in Garland each summer
since 1983. |
